Stop press - Portsmouth City Council ban Release of information on baby's death

We have been informed from a reliable source that Portsmouth City Council have banned employees from speaking out about the death of a baby until June or July this year. The facts that we have been given are that a couple moved from London to Portsmouth and were being monitored by social services. The social worker saw nappy rash. A coroner has found that the baby died of chemical burns. Whilst the Council sorts out it's mess, the media are being blocked in finding out what has happened. The Public have the right to know and with time it may get a version of events, but will these be the official sanitised version or the true facts?
